If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. 
 

RETURNS: 
 

We only allow returns on products that were damaged in delivery. We ask that you take photos for us so we can file a claim with the shipping company, you will have 15 days after delivery to file a claim. We ask that you include your order confirmation in the email as well, for faster look-up times for us. We will offer a replacement of the product or a refund for the damaged product. Whatever you would prefer.
 

REFUNDS: 
 

We offer refunds only if you contact us before we ship the items out. Once the product has a tracking number we can no longer offer a refund. 

 

SHIPPING: 
 

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost if you would like a total refund of all the product that was not damaged. Shipping will not be included in the refund if you choose to go that route.
